Miami, FL 2017Wax Custom Communications’ campaign for South Nassau Communities Hospital has won highest honors at the 2017 Telly Awards. The Truth in Medicine campaign won Silver in the Regional Commercials category.

Truth in Medicine takes an unlikely approach to population health with an “out-of-box” campaign that features a series of videos with unusual images and bright backgrounds that bring consumers’ attention to thought-provoking health questions — the questions are answered by South Nassau’s top medical experts.

The eye-catching campaign has already received multiple awards, including Best of Show at the 34th Annual Healthcare Marketing Awards. The campaign was featured in a presentation at the 22nd Annual Healthcare Marketing and Physician Strategies Summit and will be highlighted in an upcoming eHealthcare Strategy and Trends article in July 2017.

Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards recognize excellence in film and video production; online video content; and local, regional and cable television commercials and programs. Winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators and corporate video departments in the world.
