Social Media Manager
Description of Duties
- Plan, implement and manage social media campaigns including developing strategies, writing compelling and engaging content, creating posts, community management, social advertising, influencer programs, brand ambassador initiatives and more
- Create brand awareness and reinforce brand position through direct communications
- Facilitate meaningful engagement for brands on all social channels ensuring consistency and appropriateness of messages across multiple networks
- Interact directly with audiences to maximize community engagement, drive positive perception and word-of-mouth
- Monitor and respond to feedback on social channels
- Provide analytical overview reports of efforts across all channels
Requirements
- 3+ years previous agency or in-house social media experience
- Deep knowledge of all key social media channels, monitoring & publishing tools, social advertising and influencer programs
- Working knowledge of SEO, PPC and GoogleAds/AdWords
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SproutSocial or similar
- Ability to develop and write content
- Ability to create well-designed posts
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Details
- Work to be performed M-F onsite in Downtown Miami; 1 day a week offsite after 12 months
- Hours are 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. or as negotiated (with 1 hour for lunch)
- Compensation TBD depending on experience
